Be
Is an action word,
A verb

Just like
Run
Play
Explore
Discover
Struggle
Love
Take
Eat
Know

To understand this
Is not necessary.

To accept it is to live

Is to believe
Is to be able to say
I am

Is to know you are

The Word that was
In the beginning
And will always be

Ever and always:
Be.

There is so much in that little word 'be'. I think to some extent you and I were thinking along the same lines week - being and the Word.

  22. This sort of reminds me of an old Moody Blues song but I can't recall the title. Went something like "I think. I think I am." And then some other stuff. It wasn't as eloquent as this, but that's just rock 'n' roll.

    Marvelous Sandy. As always.

  25. So much wisdom in that. To simply be and to stop trying to figure so many things out, tends to be a challenge for humans. Mostly, I think, to stop being so hard and critical of our own beingness, our own emotions, needs, and desires is something that would help us so much as we simply learn to "Be."

    Love this one, Sandy.

  38. Hi Sandy, my deceased Mother-in-law always said "Be ye kind one to another."

I wished I had another home in Topsail, N.C. It would be tempting to just stay there.
We are in Honfleur, France, for tonight and tomorrow night.
